Refund policy

There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Faults
Pots are checked multiple times before they reach you. Yet, mistakes can happen. If this happens don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll get back to you sort you out with a refund or replacement. In some cases with limited edition collections only refunds will be possible. 

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
